So often, products that have a lower environmental impact are more expensive, however that does not apply to Swiftmode's uniquely 100% recyclable Hyproclean Under-Stencil Wiper Rolls. You can expect top cleaning performance, without compromises, as tested on 0.2 mm BGA, whilst typically saving 33% on water-based solvent with a yield of 99%.

Why Swiftmode's Hyproclean Stencil Rolls are the best understencil wiping solution on the market for SMT stencil printers

  • Up to 40% more prints per cleaning cycle. The PP Fibres are random not unidirectional, giving better cleaning performance and trapping solder balls (unlike paper products,) so there is no potential for contamination when the solder paste dries.

  • Because Hyproclean is made of thermally-bonded polypropylene and is chloride-free, the fabric can be recycled in the normal plastics chain, whilst our high-tech virgin kraft paper cores can similarly be recycled with ease along with general paper waste in the paper chain. Swiftmode have worked hard to create the first 100% recyclable stencil rolls in the market. This remains the case if your application requires plastic cores since, with an extrusion partner, we have developed an HDPE core that has a low environmental impact, can be easily recycled with low energy and has no toxic additives. Similar work with our paper mill partner has resulted in a paper core which is far removed from the soft, ply bond cardboard used by other manufacturers. Our use of virgin kraft paper from FSC-certified sustainable sources to eliminate any particulation, together with a technically advanced adhesive for strength much closer to that of a plastic core, has resulted in excellent feedback from customers.

Roll Sizes:    Rolls are available to fit printers made by DEK, MPM, Panasonic, Yamaha, Fuji, Minami, Ekra, Samsung, Hitachi, Speedprint, SJ Innotech, etc., as well as in custom sizes.


Roll Length:    Optimized to the maximum outside diameter each stencil printer model can accommodate, often allowing more metres per roll and hence less machine downtime for roll changes.


Cores Tolerance:    Length ± 2mm, Internal Diameter ± 0.2mm


High-Tech Cores:    Our standard cores are made with virgin kraft papers, certified sustainably sourced by the Forest Stewardship Council, FSC License Code: FSC-C021574. We can also supply High Density Polyethylene cores which have the lowest environmental impact of any other plastic.

Identification:    Each roll has a label, with a final inspection certificate in each carton for traceability.
