Polyshield Static Shielding Bags

Polyshield HD ESD Bags are Antistatic Bags which protect sensitive electronic components from electrostatic discharge damage during storage and shipping.

Swiftmode has over 30 years' experience of producing consistently high-quality buried-metal-type shielding bags, which are semi-transparent for easy content identification. We offer a wide range of standard and custom sizes, from 75x100mm to 457x610mm.

Our Polyshield HD electrostatic shielding bags are RoHS and R.E.A.C.H. compliant, ensure low ionic contamination, and are printed as standard in yellow with ESD Association approved logos and batch code.
A tear notch can be provided for easy opening of heat-sealed bags.

Polyshield CT ESD Bags are specially cleaned Antistatic Bags which provide consistent particle control down to 2 microns.

Our revolutionary, low-cost process means that we are able to meet a price point for clean static shielding bags unobtainable by traditional methods for cleaning the inside of the bag, resulting in less than 3 particles per cm².

Polyshield CT extra-clean electrostatic shielding bags are packed in 100s inside a double layer of LDPE bags, and each batch comes with an independent LPC test report.
